INGREDIENTS

    • ½ cup powdered oats
    • ½ cup curds
    • ½ cup semolina (rava)
    • ½ tsp ginger chilli paste
    • ½ cup water
    • Salt to taste

    Other ingredients

    • ½ tsp Soda

    To serve

    • Coriander chutney

METHOD

    1. In a bowl mix together rava, powdered oats, curd, ginger chilly paste, salt and water.
    2. Mix well to make a batter and rest it for 30 minutes.
    3. Mix in the soda and let the batter froth, make idlis in a steamer.
    4. Serve hot with chutney and sambhar.
