INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup powdered oats
- ½ cup curds
- ½ cup semolina (rava)
- ½ tsp ginger chilli paste
- ½ cup water
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp Soda
- Coriander chutney

METHOD
- In a bowl mix together rava, powdered oats, curd, ginger chilly paste, salt and water.
- Mix well to make a batter and rest it for 30 minutes.
- Mix in the soda and let the batter froth, make idlis in a steamer.
- Serve hot with chutney and sambhar.
