INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Oats
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp ginger green chilli paste
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- A Pinch of hing
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Pinch of red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- ½ tbsp oil
METHOD
- Soak Oats in water and instantly strain them.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds, mustard seeds and hing.
- Add in ginger green chilly paste, onions, tomatoes and salt to taste.
- Mix in turmeric powder, red chilli powder and lemon juice.
- Add in oats and mix well. Cook for a minute.
- Finish by adding coriander and serve hot.
