INGREDIENTS

    • 1 cup Oats
    • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
    • 1/4 cup chopped onions
    • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
    • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
    • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
    • 1/4 tsp ginger green chilli paste
    • 1/2 tsp sugar
    • A Pinch of hing
    • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    • Pinch of red chilli powder
    • Salt to taste
    • ½ tbsp oil

METHOD

    1. Soak Oats in water and instantly strain them.
    2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds, mustard seeds and hing.
    3. Add in ginger green chilly paste, onions, tomatoes and salt to taste.
    4. Mix in turmeric powder, red chilli powder and lemon juice.
    5. Add in oats and mix well. Cook for a minute.
    6. Finish by adding coriander and serve hot.
