INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Ragi Flour
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- 6 tbsp Warm Melted Butter
- 3 tbsp Jaggery sugar
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- Few drop of vanilla essence
- 5 tbsp Warm Milk
- 1/4 cup Chopped Dark Chocolate
- 2 tbsp chopped dark chocolate

METHOD
- In a bowl sieve together ragi flour, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder.
- In another bowl mix together warm melted butter, warm milk, jaggery sugar, and vanilla essence.
- Mix the sugar mixture with the ragi mixture along with chopped dark chocolate to make a soft cookie dough.
- Once done shape the dough into small round cookies.
- Top up the cookies with some more chopped dark chocolate.
- Bake these cookies in a preheated oven at 180C for 10-12 minutes.
- Once done, cool them down and store in an airtight container.
