INGREDIENTS

    • 1 tbsp ragi flour
    • ¼ cup water

    Other ingredients

    • ½ cup curd
    • 1 cup Chilled water
    • Black Salt to taste
    • 1 tsp powdered sugar
    • ½ tsp chaat masala

    For the tempering

    • 1 tsp oil
    • 3-4 curry leaves
    • ¼ tsp jeera
    • Hing pinch

    To add later

    • 2 tbsp chopped coriander

METHOD

    For the ragi

    1. In a pan heat water and add in the ragi flour.
    2. Mix well and keep stirring for a minute until it thickens up and forms and paste.
    3. Let it cool down.

    For the tempering

    1. Heat oil in a pan and saute jeera, hing, curry leaves.

    How to proceed

    1. In a blender add in curd, chilled water, ragi paste, chaat masala, powdered sugar and black Salt.
    2. Blend until well done.
    3. Transfer to a bowl.
    4. Pour in the hot tempering and finish by adding coriander too.
    5. Mix well and serve chilled.
