INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp ragi flour
- ¼ cup water
- ½ cup curd
- 1 cup Chilled water
- Black Salt to taste
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp oil
- 3-4 curry leaves
- ¼ tsp jeera
- Hing pinch
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander

METHOD
- In a pan heat water and add in the ragi flour.
- Mix well and keep stirring for a minute until it thickens up and forms and paste.
- Let it cool down.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute jeera, hing, curry leaves.
- In a blender add in curd, chilled water, ragi paste, chaat masala, powdered sugar and black Salt.
- Blend until well done.
- Transfer to a bowl.
- Pour in the hot tempering and finish by adding coriander too.
- Mix well and serve chilled.
