INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cup Boiled Rice
- ½ Cup Spinach Puree
- A Pinch of asafoetida (hing)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp Jeera
- ½ Cup Chopped Onions
- ½ cup Chopped Tomatoes
- 3 Garlic cloves grated
- 2 bay leaf
- ½ tsp ginger green chili paste
- ½ tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- In a pan heat oil, saute grated garlic, ginger green chili paste, jeera, hing, bay leaf, chopped onions, chopped tomato and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add in the spinach puree, garam masala and salt. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add in the boiled rice, mix well and serve hot.
