Sweet Tamarind Chutney

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup khajoor (dates)
- 1/2 cup tamarind (imli)
- 1/4 cup jaggery
- 3 cups water
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 red chilli powder
- Salt to taste

METHOD
- In a pressure cooker add tamarind, dates and jaggery along with water.
- Pressure cook this for 5 whistles.
- Once done, let it cool down and then blend into a smooth puree.
- With a sieve, sieve the puree.
- Heat a pan and transfer the blended puree, add in salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder.
- Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
- Once done, cool down and store in the deep freezer, use at your convenience.
