INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups Chopped Turiya (Peeled)
- ½ tsp Ginger Garlic Green Chilli Paste
- 2 tbsp Coriander Stems
- 1 ½ Cup Water
- Salt to taste
- ½ tbsp oil
- ½ tbsp oil
- A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
- ½ tsp grated garlic
- ¼ tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Bay Leaf
- ¼ Cup Chopped Onions
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder

METHOD
- In a pan heat oil and sauté ginger garlic paste.
- Add in chopped turiya with salt to taste.
- Add in water and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Once turiya is cooked add in chopped coriander stems and mix well.
- Let this cool down and then blend into a smooth paste.
- Sieve the paste and transfer to a bowl.
- In a pan heat oil and sauté asafoetida , garlic, cumin seeds, bayleaf and chopped onions.
- Add in turmeric powder and the sieved soup.
- Cook for a minute and serve hot.
