INGREDIENTS
- 200 gms Paneer (chopped into cubes)
- 1 /2 cup spinch puree
- 1/2 tbsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onion (green + white)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
- ½ tbsp butter
- ½ tbsp Butter
- 1 Cup White sauce
- ¼ cup chopped carrot
- ¼ cup chopped French beans
- ¼ cup chopped Zucchini
- ¼ cup chopped Red capsicum
- 1/2 cup boiled Corn
- Salt Pepper to taste
- ½ cup grated cheese
- ¼ cup grated mozzarella

METHOD
- In a pan melt butter and sauté oregano, garlic and chopped spring onion.
- Add in, parsley, chopped paneer salt to taste and cook for a minute.
- Add in the spinach puree and mix well.
- In a pan heat butter and sauté carrot, french beans, zucchini, red capsicum, boiled corn.
- Add in salt pepper to taste and cook for 2 minutes.
- Mix in the white sauce.
- Spread the paneer spinch layer in a greased baked dish.
- Followed by the vegetable layer and then the cheeses.
- Bake this for 10-12 minutes at 180C.
- Serve hot.
