INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ cup scooped Watermelon
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup sliced cucumbers
- 3 tbsp finely chopped basil leaves
- ½ cup crumbled Feta cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
- ¼ tsp Red chilli powder
- Salt Pepper to taste
For the dressing
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients together to prepare the dressing.
- In a bowl mix together watermelon, blueberries, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, basil leaves and Feta cheese.
- Mix in the prepared dressing.
- Mix well and serve.
