ROASTED PEANUTS

The perfect accompaniment on a party evening. This is the best snack recipe for all peanut lovers. You can serve this in parties or just have as a snack. Made from whole peanuts (mungfali/ Kaccha singdana) made from such simple ingredients but tastes very good. You can even store them in an air tight container and use later. ROASTED PEANUTS  Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ Cup Whole Peanuts
  • ½ tsp Aamchur
  • ½ tsp Chaat Masala
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • Salt to taste

METHOD

  1. In a pan, roast some peanuts for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Once done let them cool down for sometime and then remove their skin.
  3. In a separate pan heat oil, add aamchur, chaat Masala, salt to taste, red chilli powder and roasted peanuts.
  4. Mix well and serve.
  5. Store in an air tight container to use later.
