SABUDANA KHEER Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup Sago (sabudana)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Cardamom powder

For garnish

  • Chopped pistachios
  • Grated almonds

METHOD

  1. Soak ½ cup sabudana in water and leave aside for 2 hours.
  2. In a pan, heat milk and sugar, add sabudana and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. It will start thickening up, add in the cardamom powder and stir well.
  4. Let it boil and remove from heat.
  5. Serve hot and garnish with chopped pistachios and grated almonds.
