Ingredients
- 1 cup sago (sabudana)
- 2 potatoes (boiled, peeled and cubed)
- ¼ cup roasted peanuts
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- 4 kadi pata
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp sugar
Method
For the sago
- Wash the sago (sabudana). Soak in just enough water for 4 hours.
How to proceed
- In a vessel heat the oil, add the cumin seeds, kadi pata, green chillies and saute for ½ minute.
- Add the potatoes, peanuts and saute for ½ minute.
- Add the sabudana, salt to taste, lemon juice, coriander and cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve hot
