This chilli peanut powder , goes great with any food item. Has a unique and distant taste. You can add garlic powder if you wish.

SINGDANA (PEANUT) CHUTNEY POWDER Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Peanuts
  • 3 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • ½ tsp Hing
  • 1 ¼ tsp Salt

METHOD

  1. In a pan, roast the peanuts, until the skin starts to come out.
  2. Let it cool down, then remove the skin from the peanuts.
  3. In a blender, pulse it and crush the peanuts into a coarse powder.
  4. In a bowl, mix with your hands, crushed peanuts, red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, hing and salt.
  5. Store in an air tight container and use at your convenience.
