INGREDIENTS

¾ Cup Chopped Dark Chocolate

12 Fresh Strawberries

For garnish

Melted White Chocolate

METHOD

In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate till smooth.

Hold the strawberries by the tip and coat the strawberries in melted dark chocolate halfway.

On a plate, line a parchment paper and places these coated strawberries and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate sets.

Once cooled, drizzle the strawberries with melted white chocolate using a piping bag.

Refrigerate and serve cold.
