These mushrooms make a great breakfast. Mushrooms have many health benefits. This recipe is a favourite of mine. You won’t be able to resist these mushrooms once you try them! All mushroom lover’s this is the dish for you, a yummy breakfast option which is healthy too. you can have this as it is or layered on a buttered toast and enjoy as a snack!

Serves – 2 to 3

TASTY MUSHROOMS Recipe|Renu dalal


  • 2 cups boiled and chopped mushrooms 
  • 2 tsp olive oil 
  • ½ tsp green chiiiles 
  • 4 tbsp chopped onions 
  • Salt to taste 
  • 4  tbsp chopped tomatoes 
  • ½  Tsp Oregano  
  • A drop of Tabasco 
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Parsley


  1. In a vessel , heat oil ,add oregano and onions and saute for 15 seconds.
  2. Add in tomatoes and green chillies, mix well.
  3. Add in the boiled mushrooms and parsley and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Add a drop of tobasaco and stir well
  5. Serve hot with slices of toast
