STRAWBERRY LASSI Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 2 tbsp jaggery
  • ½ cup sesame seeds

METHOD

  1. In a non-stick pan roast the sesame seeds for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Heat the ghee in a vessel add the jaggery and saute till the jaggery melts.
  3. Stir till you get a thick consistency.
  4. Take the vessel off the gas and add the til.
  5. Place parchment paper and roll out the mixture.
  6. Let it cool slightly and cut in pieces.
