TRICOLOUR INDIAN TRIFLE Recipe|Renu dalal

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ Cup Gajar Halwa
  • ½ Cup Rabri
  • ½ Cup Pista Sandesh

For garnish

  • Chopped Pistachios

METHOD

  1. In serving shot glasses, spread the Pista Sandesh as the bottom layer to feature the green color.
  2. Followed by adding a layer of Rabri, as the middle layer featuring the white.
  3. Top up by adding Gajar Halwa as the final color, featuring orange.
  4. Garnish with chopped pistachios and let it cool for ½ hour in the refrigerator.
  5. Serve cold.
