This coffee resembles café mocha. This is a European drink which needs an espresso, a whole lot of chocolate and whipped cream. Chocolate and whipped cream is very essential to a good cup of Viennese coffee. This is our version of the classic coffee. This coffee can be served as a dessert too. It has a subtle chocolate flavor with the bitterness from coffee and sweet flavored whipped cream just adds on like a cherry on top. Do try it and beat the heat with this a amazing coffee dessert.

For the mocha espresso shot

  • ½ Cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Instant Coffee powder
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tbsp Sugar

For the cream

  • ½ cup whipped cream
  • 2 Scoops of Vanilla Ice cream

For garnish

  • Cocoa powder
  • Ice cubes


For the mocha espresso shot

  1. In a pan boil water add in cocoa powder, instant coffee powder and sugar.
  2. Boil it and let it cool down.

For the cream

  1. In a bowl add whipped cream and beat it until smooth.
  2. Add in scoops of vanilla ice cream and mix well.

How to proceed

  1. In a glass, add in ice cubes.
  2. Add in the mocha espresso shot.
  3. Top up with the cream mixture.
  4. Garnish and dust some cocoa powder and serve chilled.
