- 3/4 Cup Banyard millet
- 1/4 Cup Urad Dal
- 1 tsp Methi seeds
- 2 tbsp Poha
- Salt to taste
- ½ Cup water
- ½ Cup Finely chopped onions

- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
